Job DetailsJob Location: Beaver Dam - BEAVER DAM, WI 53916Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $20.50Job Shift: 3rd ShiftEssential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 聽 路 Responsible for effective sanitation of the various plant equipment and departments. 路 Must be able to follow equipment cleaning instructions as listed in the Sanitation Procedures Manual. 路 Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. 路 Must become familiar with cleaning chemicals by name, function, and usage rate and become chemical certified. 路 Timely notification to Maintenance, Supervisor and/or Lead of equipment problems. 路 Notify Supervisor and/or Lead of actual or potential problems. 路 Must be able to follow verbal instructions from Supervisor and/or Lead. 路 Must be detail oriented and be able to work independently. 路 Responsible for compliance with GMP鈥檚, proper sanitation, and housekeeping in area. 路 Responsible for use of required safety equipment and complying with proper safety procedures including wearing proper protective clothing, steal toe boots and safety googles at all times. 路 Other duties as assigned by Management or volunteered for. Desired Qualifications 路 Experience operating a forklift. 路 Experience using a variety of equipment including a power washer. 路 Previous sanitation experience. Competencies 路 Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance procedures a variety of instructions, diagrams or schedules. 路 Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. 聽 Work Environment 路 While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and power industrial truck. The employee is frequently exposed to cold, wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Physical Demands 路 While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for the duration of the production shift; talk or hear; use hands or finger to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee is infrequently required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
