We have two manufacturing facilities located in IL and WI. We provide products to many national retailers, wholesalers, distributors, club and mass stores, as well as industrial accounts including other food manufacturers.   Essential Functions  Transport all needed supplies correctly and on time to required line or pre-batch area.    Communicate with internal customers to determine proper quantities and placement of items needed  Responsible for complying Good Manufacturing Practices, maintaining proper sanitation and housekeeping in area.  Properly put away any warehouse picks  Communicate and coordinate with other Material Handlers to ensure efficient operation of the department  Inform proper departments or supervisors of any issues or concerns  Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor     Basic Qualifications  High School Diploma or GED required.   2 Years of consistent and safe forklift operation on a stand-up forklift  The ability to read and understand Line schedules and material needs  Positive attendance record  Safe operation of stand-up fork truck    Desired Qualifications   Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.    Competencies  Technical Capacity  Ability to work cooperatively and maintain a professional working relationship with employees  Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written required.  Good organizational skills required  Flexibility  Working Conditions  Standard Manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to hot/cold temperatures, moving mechanical parts and power industrial trucks.    Requires 100% onsite attendance to perform the essential functions of the role.    The schedule for this role is typically Monday through Saturday, 10-hour shift.   This position is based out of our Beaver Dam, WI location.    Pay and Benefits  The following information is provided in accordance with applicable state and local laws. Compensation is based on experience, geographic locations, and other legally permitted factors.
