Responsibilities & Requirements

Job Requirements: 
  • Graduate of accredited school of ultrasound/sonography.
  • Perform all OB/GYN ultrasounds as needed within the practice.
  • Maintain all records and file as needed.
  • Enter LMP in WQ for billing purposes. 
  • During downtime-assist with phones and checkout. 
  Job Responsibilities:
  • If the employee’s practice has a KPN issued AED, the employee is required to obtain and maintain current BLS certification.
  • Ability to work well with physicians, technologists, and all hospital personnel.
  • Must be able to: exercise initiative and independent judgement, learn new procedures/operate new equipment, work efficiently, accurately and methodically.
  • Ability to deal with stressful situations with a positive manner and attitude.
  • Ability to move and position patients for testing is necessary.
  • Required constructive interactions with patients, physicians, coworkers and office staff.
