Occupational Therapist-Providence Home Services Oregon

Schedule: Full Time, Days, 8am to 4:30pm for 5 times a week

Servicing Portland and Beaverton area

The Occupational Therapist manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients and clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities in a home setting in accordance with a physician directed plan of treatment, taking into account individual patients special or age related needs.

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program OR
  • Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program OR
  • Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.    
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire

These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
