Job Summary

We are seeking an entry-level welder to join our team and support the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of commercial holiday outdoor decorations. No prior welding experience is required-we provide full training. In this role, you will learn how to join metal parts, prepare materials, and contribute to the structural integrity and visual quality of our decorative products. This is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on skills in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Skills/Experience Requirements

• Willingness to learn MIG welding techniques for both steel and aluminum
• Ability to learn safe operation of 4 ½" grinders with flapper wheels and wire wheels
• Interest in learning how to prepare metal surfaces through cleaning, grinding, and cutting
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with other team members
• Strong communication skills
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in various conditions, including hot and cold temperatures
• Welding certification or coursework is preferred but not required
• Metal shop experience preferred
• Knowledge of aluminum welding preferred
• Basic programming experience preferred
