Job DetailsJob Location: Bedford Park - Bedford Park, IL 60638Salary Range: $16.60 - $30.00 HourlyWe are looking to fill our HVAC Apprentice position to assist our HVAC Lead Installers for furnace, A/C, boiler, sheet metal and duct work. Tier 1: Initial Training Phase (2-4 weeks) – $16.20/hour while learning the basics. Tier 2: Field Training Phase – Performance-based pay, averaging $16.20 - $25/hour, based on productivity and skill development. Tier 3: Entry-Level Installer – Upon completing training, choose between: Hourly Pay: $20/hour Performance-Based Pay: Earn $16.20 - $30/hour based on efficiency and completed work.
