Job DetailsJob Location: American Boxboard LLC - Bedford Park, IL 60638Salary Range: $26.00 - $32.00 HourlyJob Shift: 2ndPurpose:  Work with supervisor for Production Department.   Reports to:  Supervisor   Conditions: Work on floor to manage Production, conduct audits and resolve Quality issues.   Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Human Resources Enforce Safety requirements within the facility. Follow and support all food safety programs, policies and PPE as designated.   Administrative Maintain daily Production and labor inputs. Coordinate daily planning with Supervisor. Help train all non-maintenance personnel. Follow machine cleaning and zone housekeeping procedures throughout the plant. Serve on the Safety Committee. Work Focus Flexible hours to accomplish required objectives. Regularly review progress with the Supervisor. Preserve the safety and integrity of the Company. Lead employees toward continuous improvement in systems, equipment and performance. Perform all other duties as assigned by Plant Manager.
