This position is responsible for servicing existing clients and welcoming new customers to the agency while establishing a rewarding career with unlimited potential. The ideal candidate should be a goal driven individual who appreciates a small office and a fast paced work environment.Â
This position is responsible for servicing existing clients and welcoming new customers to the agency while establishing a rewarding career with unlimited potential. The ideal candidate should be a goal driven individual who appreciates a small office and a fast paced work environment.Â
Candidates must be motivated to provide excellent customer service, have outstanding communication skills, work well on a team and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with policy questions and endorsements
- Handle new customer onboarding and follow agency processes
- Field inbound calls and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Confidently prepare quotes and present insurance products
- Communicate with managers and coworkers in a friendly & professional manner
- Follow all company rules and regulations
Requirements
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Willing to obtain PA Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License within 15 Days
- Willing to obtain PA Life Insurance License within 30 days
- Must be comfortable using a computer and tech-savvy
- Positive Attitude
- Excellent Communication Skills
- High Attention to Detail
- Ability to remain focused and strive to provide outstanding customer service
