Attachment Assembly Technician

WHO WE ARE: Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned business with two facilities located in Bedford, PA and another facility located in Seguin, TX. We produce over 200 of the highest-quality custom attachments for heavy equipment made in the USA! 

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING:

•  Preparing steel for cutting/forming
• Using hand torches, grinders, chippers, impact wrenches or other air tools as required 
• Beveling, grinding parts, operating press roll 
• Removing and labeling parts from cutting tables  
• Positioning material with cranes/forklifts/etc.
• Installing hydraulic components Performing final finishing work  

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU: 

Our starting wage $18.50 to $25.50 per hour, based on experience. With an additional $1.00 shift differential. This is a second shift position starting at 3:35 PM to 2:05 AM. We offer the opportunity for wage increases every six months, until you reach our top rate. That’s for everyone…it doesn’t matter what your specific job is…. if you’re a top performer, you can get to top performer pay!
