WHO WE ARE:
Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned business with two facilities located in Bedford, PA and another facility located in Seguin, TX. We produce over 200 of the highest-quality custom attachments for heavy equipment made in the USA!

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING:Â
Our Fitter Fabricators build custom attachments for loaders, dozers and excavators. This position is available on first shift, which runs Monday-Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime as required on Fridays. You’ll be:
- Working from blueprints to assemble buckets, forks, rakes, grapples and blades
- Using cranes/other positioning devices during assembly
- Laying out, aligning and fitting together fabricated and machined parts
- Tack welding components
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Experience is preferred but we will provide ample training; if needed
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
Our starting wage is $21.50 to $25.50 per hour based on experience. We offer the opportunity for wage increases every six months, until you reach our top rate. That’s for everyone…it doesn’t matter what your specific job is…. if you’re a top performer, you can get to top performer pay!
