About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced, licensed Customer Service Representative who understands the pace and expectations of an insurance office.

This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have at least 1 year of prior insurance CSR experience and hold active licenses. You will be a key part of delivering exceptional service, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the overall success of the office.

What You’ll Do:
  • Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage reviews
  • Process endorsements, renewals, and policy updates accurately
  • Proactively identify coverage gaps and cross-sell when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
  • Support retention efforts and strengthen customer relationships
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs
Requirements:
  • 1+ year insurance CSR experience
  • Active Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and workflows
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong communication and follow-through
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
