  Position Summary

Awaken Beauty Co. is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Nurse to join our medical aesthetics team in Bedford, New Hampshire. The Medical Aesthetics RN is responsible for providing safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments while creating an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment and follow-up. Previous aesthetic nursing experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, eager to learn, comfortable receiving feedback, and excited to develop their skills through education, hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing competency development.

Our nurses are expected to combine excellent clinical care with genuine connection. We want patients to feel heard, educated, comfortable, and confident in their treatment plans and results. The Medical Aesthetics RN may be required to work a schedule based on patient and practice needs, which may include evenings and weekends. Participation in required training, team meetings, educational events, and occasional practice events may also be expected.

Our Philosophy

At Awaken Beauty Co., our goal is to help patients feel confident while providing thoughtful, ethical, and clinically appropriate care. We believe great aesthetic nurses are developed through education, repetition, mentorship, accountability, and a genuine desire to care for people.

  • Recognize contraindications and situations requiring additional evaluation, consultation, or referral to an advanced practice provider or medical director.
  • Provide appropriate pre- and post-treatment education and follow-up.
  • Identify and appropriately escalate potential treatment complications or adverse reactions.
  • Maintain patient privacy, dignity, comfort, and safety throughout all interactions.

Patient Experience

  • Create a welcoming, professional, and judgment-free environment for every patient.

  • Build strong patient relationships through trust, consistency, communication, and appropriate follow-up.

  • Maintain professionalism when managing patient concerns, dissatisfaction, or unexpected treatment outcomes.

Documentation & Clinical Standards

  • Complete accurate and timely documentation for every patient encounter.
  • Document assessments, treatment plans, informed consent, products used, lot numbers when applicable, treatment settings, injection sites, dosages, patient response, education, and follow-up recommendations.
