Work hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. This is an on-site position based at the Headquarters office in Bedford, Texas.
Summary: The Operations Administrator is responsible for reports, research, tracking productivity, and assisting with improving efficiency within the Operations department. Main duties and responsibilities include: tracking productivity for the Operations Division including call reports, lobby traffic reports, branch productivity reports, and cross sale reports; designing and originating reports, memos, charts, tables, graphs, workflows, etc. for the Operations Division; performing account research when subpoenas are received from authorities; producing reports for the Operations staff meetings; performing needed research as the result of internal audit reviews; assisting the Program Administrator as back-up for reports, daily work, and other areas as needed; and performing special projects as directed by the Vice President – Operations.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess one to three years of relevant experience, preferably in a Credit Union or other financial institution, and will have a good understanding of pertinent laws and regulations. A strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate with clarity and tact are essential to this position. A two-year business or relevant technical degree is desired; however, relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of education. Strong knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) are required.
