Benchmark at Bedford Falls are looking for a compassionate LNA/PCA/Caregiver to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant/Personal Care Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. 

LNA/PCA Duties & Responsibilities:  

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, laundry, light housekeeping
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff. 
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support. 
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care. 
• Other duties as needed. 

Requirements: 

• Valid LNA/PCA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
