Build Your Orthopaedic Career with a Leading Practice in Southern New Hampshire
Are you an experienced Orthopaedic PA looking for a role that offers clinical variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work alongside an exceptional team of orthopaedic specialists?
New Hampshire Orthopaedic Center (NHOC), a division of Northeast Orthopaedic Alliance (NOA), is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our growing practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled orthopaedic provider who enjoys managing a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions and wants to expand their experience across multiple orthopaedic specialties.
You'll work collaboratively with fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeons and experienced advanced practice providers while maintaining meaningful clinical independence. From acute injuries and walk-in care to fracture management and complex musculoskeletal conditions, no two days are exactly alike.

- Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory studies.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management, rehabilitation recommendations, bracing, splinting, casting, and referrals.
- Perform procedures within scope of practice, including injections, aspirations, fracture care, casting, splinting, and other musculoskeletal interventions.
- Collaborate closely with orthopaedic surgeons and fellow advanced practice providers to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, recovery expectations, and preventative care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
- Participate in a shared provider call rotation and assist with after-hours orthopaedic patient coverage.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE UNIQUE
- Broad clinical exposure across multiple orthopaedic specialties.
- Meaningful autonomy while practicing within a highly collaborative physician and APP team.
