Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring an RGM Analyst position based in Bedford, NH. 


The RGM Analyst plays a key role in driving growth and profitability for Tier 2 and 3 customers. This position focuses on optimizing customer promotions, pricing, and sales strategies to ensure trade spend is both effective and impactful. Working in a collaborative capacity, the Analyst partners with sales leadership, field teams, and sales finance to align efforts with company goals and core values, ensuring the brands continue to thrive in the market. 


From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Assist in developing overall market strategies and customer-specific pricing and promotional plans. Ensure these strategies align with merchandising, pricing, and net unit cost guidelines to drive consistent brand value.
  • Use elasticity-based modeling tools to identify the most effective pricing and promotional structures for our key brands and packaging groups across our top customer accounts.
  • Leverage consumption and category insights to help the RGM and Sales teams successfully execute growth plans with our customers.
  • Conduct event-level Return on Investment (ROI) analysis. Communicate key insights and recommended action plans to the RGM Manager and collaborate with field sales to continuously improve promotion effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing strategic assistance by assessing and optimizing profitability through the lens of pricing and promotional activity.
  • Partner with the Sales team to provide expert guidance on weekly base volumes and project the promotional lift of specific trade events.
  • Engage in high-impact ad hoc projects, including customer-specific deep dives, modeling the impact of trade funding adjustments, and supporting the Sales team in navigating supply-chain dynamics.

  • Travel is required occasionally.

Requirements

From your STORY to ours

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference for majors in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in analytics, business development, category management, Revenue Growth Management, or finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; experience with Power BI, PowerPoint, or syndicated data (such as Circana or Nielsen) and Customer Data Portals is a plus.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and situations, identifying cause-and-effect relationships to make effective, fact-based decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and adapt your style and tone to engage different audiences.
  • A collaborative and open-minded approach to teamwork, prioritizing collective goals and building strong relationships across various functions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the competitive landscape, including brands and manufacturers, with the ability to help build effective market strategies.
  • Ability to develop, interpret, and adapt sales reports to formulate meaningful insights that drive business-building opportunities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, using a logical approach to assess situations and deploy effective solutions by drawing on available resources.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities and allocate resources effectively to meet objectives with rigor.
  • High level of professional agility, with the ability to proactively adapt to changing priorities and improve results in a fast-paced environment.
