Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager to support the Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program, which is within the C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI) and located at Hanscom AFB in Bedford Massachusetts.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
- Must be a US citizen
- Must have be able to maintain a Secret level clearanceÂ
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD
- OR, 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties include but not limited to:
Â
- Support and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports (i.e. DAES, MAR, etc.). Support program management reviews, senior level meeting/reviews, and IMP/IMS reviews.
- Support and develop various briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management.
- Identify acquisition strategy issues and propose alternative solutions. Â
- Support and develop various briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management.
- Advanced DoD acquisition strategy and documentation knowledge to include a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures, and practices.Â
- Assist with strategic level issues and ability to work independently as well as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities. Â
- Possesses proven leadership, team building, strategic planning, and organizational development skills. Â
- Possesses pertinent experience with an ACAT I level program, including development of new programs with the Acquisition community. Â
- Possesses pertinent experience in the development of RFP documentation and support of Acquisition Strategy reviews. Â
- Demonstrated experience in packaging and presenting briefings for senior level reviews. Â
- Have experience initiating and managing high visibility programs. Â
- Oversee the efforts of junior and mid-level personnel within the technical/professional discipline. Â
