Centerstone is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on promoting mental health, wellness, and recovery. As a CCBHC Therapist, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Essential duties include maintaining communications and reporting with referral sources, maintaining effective working relationships with the clinical team, timely and accurate clinical records, participation in quality clinical practices, meeting billable hour productivity standards, completing ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time, completing clinical documentation within two business days, and completing treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations timely. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field, three to five years’ experience in behavioral health preferred, and an active three or four letter license or Indiana license eligibility. The role requires standing 10%, sitting 90%, and occasional squatting, kneeling, bending, driving, and lifting.
