Responsibilities

路 Provide an excellent first impression to every customer you interact with

路 Offer helpful solutions to customer鈥檚 home improvement needs

路 Drive new business through inbound and outbound follow ups

路 Set appointments and generate referrals for our Outside Sales team

Qualifications

路 B2C or B2B or Customer Service experience.

路 1-2 Years of inbound/outbound calling.

路 Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

路 Excellent phone etiquette.

路 Strong listening and conversational skills.

路 Ability to set and achieve goals.

Compensation and Benefits:
