As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, our team is in search of an outgoing and high energy Party Coach to help our youth party participants build memories that last a lifetime! The Party Coach serves as the main point of contact during parties and events and works with our guests to host the perfect combination of entertainment, attractions, and refreshments!

Requirements

What you'll do:

Ensuring events are high energy, fun, and safe
Greeting and communicating with party guests
Guiding the entertainment to ensure events stay on track
Serving as the point of contact during party events
Building client relationships through outstanding hospitality
Cleaning and organizing, as needed, before and after parties
Creating a positive overall experience for children and parents by handling unexpected challenges quickly and fairly

Availability to work Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (all or a combination of days)
An attentive, outgoing, and energetic personality
Must enjoy working with children
Excellent communication skills
Capability to problem solve on the fly
Capacity to multitask and work well under pressure
Strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
At least 16 years of age
