This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and can help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Position Details
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- 7:30am–4:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Update and maintain daily schedules
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with general office and administrative support tasks
- Communicate with field staff, customers, and management as needed
- Help maintain organization of office files and documents
- Support daily operational workflow for the branch
Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills required
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Experience with scheduling or dispatching is a plus
