Compensation

$18 - $27 an hour based on experience

What you’ll do

Assist the doctor chairside through a full range of procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and manage sterilization protocols
Take and process digital X-rays
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Educate patients throughout their visit with warmth and clarity

What we’re looking for

X-ray certification is required
Prior dental assisting experience preferred - we’ll train the right person
Strong chairside presence and genuine care for patients
Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
Dentrix familiarity is a bonus, not a requirement
