What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
- Schedule appointments and efficiently manage a multi-doctor calendar
- Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate client and patient information
- Process invoices, collect payments, and review estimates with clients
- Communicate hospital policies, services, and next steps clearly
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Help coordinate communication between clients and the medical team
- Handle client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and teammates to support efficient patient flow
- Jump in wherever needed to help keep the hospital running smoothly
