Job Title: Part-Time Behavioral Health Professional (BHP)

Location: Swanville, Maine

Salary: Up to $26 per hour + $300 sign-on bonus

Work Type: In-home & community-based support

Shift: Varies (Part-Time Scheduling)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized supervision and therapeutic support to clients ages 1–21
  • Support children with severe and persistent behavioral challenges in their home or community
  • Follow the treatment plan created by the client’s family and case management team
  • Safely transport clients using your own reliable vehicle
  • Use smartphone applications, email, and electronic documentation (including daily session notes)

Required Qualifications:

  • Active BHP certification not required — training and support provided
  • 1 year of experience working with children is a plus (education, childcare, babysitting/nannying, etc.)
  • Interest in early childhood education, social work, or psychology
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
  • Active motor vehicle insurance and registration
  • High school diploma or equivalent
