JOB SUMMARY:
Manages parts operations within the maintenance team to optimize replacement part inventories to ensure efficient and timely repairs of equipment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develops, communicates, enforces and monitors effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
- Maintains an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes a perpetual and/or annual physical inventory
- Submits all parts warranty to Central Warranty Administrator
- Submits all return claims within the required time frame to receive maximum credit
- Maximizes use of all order discount programs to achieve management stock order goals
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Assist in production areas when neededĀ

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functionsĀ
- Ability to analyze and interpret internal reportsĀ
- Excellent customer service skillsĀ
- Work well with others
- Creative Problem solving skills
- PLC understanding
- Understand the ālock outā tag procedure
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma/GED/Associates DegreeĀ
- 1-2 years experience in Parts Department operations or equivalent combination of experience and educationĀ
