POSITION SUMMARY

The Member Resources Specialist provides members with exceptional customer service when processing Member Activity and Guest Cards.  Specialists will assist members with inquiries and sales relating to Membership Activity Cards and Guest Cards.  May require independent judgment in the disposition of routine matters without direct supervision.  Will work under the direct supervision of the Member Resources Manager.


REQUIREMENTS, ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Verify and process necessary information for Membership Activity Cards and Guest Cards
  • Operate computer and camera to create and print activity cards
  • Accept, update, and verify contact information for members
  • Fill in for Member Resources Specialists when needed
  • Respond to telephone orders, requests, and inquiries accurately and in a timely manner
  • Complete necessary documents and forms for membership activities, designation of new members and their water service
  • Apply basic knowledge of different types of deeds
  • Accurately apply charges for sale of amenities, payments for assessment dues

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Must have a High School education or up to 3+ years of related experience or training.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be proficient with a 10-key calculator.
  • Must have a positive, enthusiastic personality and customer service experience is preferred.
  • Good oral and written communication skills. Bilingual is a plus.
