Description
- Answers phones and emails, schedules, and confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems.
- Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent with 2-5 years scheduling experience in a medical office required.
- Knowledge of insurance, multi-test scheduling, front desk duties required.
- Multitask oriented.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
