Position Summary
The Bartender at Lakeview is responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging guest experience while preparing high-quality beverages. This role combines mixology expertise with strong customer service, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the resort’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
Provide attentive, friendly service and build rapport with guests
Take orders, make recommendations, and ensure a positive guest experience
Maintain a clean, organized bar area, including glassware and surfaces
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service regulations
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age
Previous bartending or related experience required
Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in responsible beverage service
Experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting
Strong customer service skills with a team-oriented approach
