We are seeking a supportive and proactive Evening Supervisor to oversee our caregiving staff during the second shift and ensure a positive, high-quality environment for residents and team members. Position Summary The Evening Supervisor plays a key role in supporting caregivers, promoting resident well-being, and ensuring smooth evening operations. This position observes staff interactions, assists with training, provides administrative support, and serves as a resource for new team members. Responsibilities Supervise and support evening caregiving staff Observe staff performance, resident interactions, and mealtime routines Provide coaching and training as needed Support and check in with new DSPs; answer questions and assist with onboarding Ensure implementation of resident programs and cares Complete filing tasks (programmatic & financial documents) Email evening shift reports to management team Provide administrative assistance to managers, DON, and Administrator Serve as a positive role model and advocate for resident rights Qualifications 1+ years of leadership experience and 2+ years caregiving experience preferred Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred Valid driver’s license required Ability to assist residents with mobility needs (lift up to 20 lbs) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and build a supportive team environment Benefits & Perks Free meals Paid training Paid time off & paid holidays Company-matching 401(k) Professional development opportunities Dental & vision insurance Life, AD&D & disability insurance Employee Assistance Program Employee discount programs Referral bonus program How to Apply Easy apply!
