Those principles combined with our Core Values: respect, lead, collaborate, serve, and solve shape our culture and guide our daily operations.   POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Guttman’s core infrastructure across the cloud and on-premise environment. This role ensures the reliability, security, and performance of enterprise systems including Microsoft Azure, Windows Environments, network connectivity, VoIP communications, and disaster recovery solutions.  This position is an exempt position and reports to the Director of Information Technology. This position is located in Belle Vernon, PA.   PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support a hybrid infrastructure environment (cloud and on-premise) Administer and maintain: Windows server environment Networking (routers, switches, firewalls) VPN and multi-site connectivity VOIP / telecom systems Serve as a senior technical escalation point for infrastructure related issues Evaluate infrastructure upgrades and cost optimization opportunities Work closely with third party cloud management partner to maintain Guttman’s infrastructure, VM’s, and reservations Ensure secure integration across business systems Collaborate with IT Cybersecurity and desktop support team members to ensure secure and reliable solutions Assist with identity and access management, including MFA and privileged access control Lead troubleshooting of system issues and outages Oversee disaster recovery (monitoring, testing, readiness) Play a critical role in evaluating AI solutions for security and integration Partner with IT leadership to support audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure environments 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Azure cloud environments Proven experience in the following areas: Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure support Microsoft Azure services including virtual machines, networking, storage and identify management Administering Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy Supporting VPN Connectivity, firewalls, and network infrastructure Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Typical 40-hour work week, minimum three days in office weekly. Eight-hour daily shift can be worked between 7a-5p, however the incumbent must be able to work flexible hours from time to time as needed and will be the first point of contact for off hours infrastructure-related issues PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience mentoring junior IT staff or providing technical leadership Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, etc.) Microsoft certifications (Windows Server, Active Directory, etc.) Experience supporting multi-site environments 2 years of experience in oil & gas industry or related commodity fields preferred  Note: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned this job.
