GE Vernova is looking for Wiring Technicians who can apply knowledge of electricity by reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical drawings, and machine prints to assemble cabinets.

Job Description

* Ability to read electrical schematics/drawings for electrical installations according to wiring specifications. AC/DC
* Cuts, strips, bends, and forms wire cable, conduit pope, and tubing used to connect circuits and subassemblies.
* Installation of components to build the cabinet
* Point to point wiring and using crimps connectors to wire ends
* Discusses errors in diagrams or production order with supervisor or engineer to clarify assembly problems.
* Performs assembly functions in accordance with Quality Control Procedures to ensure the output will meet QC and customer standards.
* Quality and neatness of work are essential
* Flexibility to learn and work within several different wiring functions/stations

QAULIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

* High reliability
* Flexible and able to work weekends when business need dictates
* Some experience in wiring/electrical or motor control wiring

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

* HS Diploma or GED
