This role ensures evidence-based practices are integrated into clinical care and patient education, supporting high-quality maternal and newborn outcomes.   Regulatory Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred • Current RN license.   Skills   • BLS and NRP required; ACLS and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification preferred. • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Labor & Delivery or Maternal-Child Health. • Prior teaching or educator experience strongly preferred. • Strong knowledge of obstetric and neonatal care standards. • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. • Ability to use adult learning principles and technology-based teaching tools.
