What We’re Looking For: 

• You must be at least 24 years old and hold a Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL). 
• A minimum of 2 out of the last 3 years of current commercial roadway driving experience is required. Alternatively, if you have 3 out of the last 5 years of experience or 2 years of applicable heavy military vehicle driving experience, we want to hear from you! 
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are essential as you will represent Shaw Industries on the road. 
• You should be comfortable maneuvering heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks when necessary. 
• Be prepared for a two-day overnight route, adding a little adventure to your driving experience! 

Location: This position is based out of Grand Rapids, MI, where you’ll be part of a supportive team that feels like family. 

Work Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm (subject to change), includes 2 day overnight run.
