About the Role:
The Maintenance role is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of facilities and equipment within an organization. The primary objective is to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery and infrastructure. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they escalate, thereby supporting operational continuity and safety. The Maintenance professional collaborates closely with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and respond promptly to urgent repair needs. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to maintaining a safe, functional, and productive work environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance work, including mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures related to maintenance tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical certification or vocational training in maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or related fields.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
