Contingent Custodian/Janitor
Perform routine janitorial work of facilities under general supervision and additional maintenance duties, as needed.
Key Results Area:
Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming.
Gather and empty trash and recycling.
Clean, sanitize, and supply restrooms, break room,s or other areas with supplies.
Clean glass partitions and mirrors.
Dust furniture and wall partitions.
Wipe down and sanitize surfaces.
Clean and sanitize refrigerators.
Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure a safe environment that complies with GMP standards.
Various other job duties as assigned.

Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment.
Ability to work independently.
Efficient and organized
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift 40 pounds solo and greater weights with a team lift
Ability to pay attention to detail and demonstrate good decision-making skills.
