Manage the facility’s daily production. This includes optimizing business expectations and expenses through established methods and standard operating procedures (SOP’s). Ensures continuous, consistent work flow, removing any obstacles necessary for achievement of the production goals. Provide clear and consistent communication to management, and team members.

2nd Shift position with mostly Monday-Friday schedule. Weekends as needed.


 

What You'll be Doing:

  • Manage the daily operations of the facility. 
  • Manage team member relations issues such as staffing, training, discipline, terminations, performance management, conflict resolution, team member work scheduling, etc.
  • Manage customer relationships and business expectations including production and facility expenses.
  • Establish and deploy policies, processes, organizational structure and programs to support pharmacy vision.
  • Design and develop process enhancements related to the facility.
  • Set safety standards and promote a positive team member culture.
  • Ensure all system problems and hardware failures are handled on a daily basis; involve external support team when required. 
  • Provide continuous and consistent communication with team members. 
  • Direct and develop leadership and support staff. 
  • Resolve all delivery concerns and requests from customer.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications):

  • Associates Degree required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
  • Production experience preferred.
  • 5-7 years Leadership experience preferred.
  • Understanding of patient privacy laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and design practices, processes and procedures to drive internal consistency.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex situations in a way that drives results.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions based on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, judgment and experience.
  • Organization skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks across a wide spectrum such as production, accuracy, team relations, safety, and SG&A control.
  • Development skills to train, teach, set high expectations and provide clear feedback to increase leadership skills.
  • Critical thinking with the ability to be thorough in research, quick to understand the most important factors and variables, utilize sound metrics, and make impartial fact based decisions.
  • Working knowledge to meet compliance requirements of Federal and State regulatory guidelines.
