Your opportunity. We are searching for an experienced healthcare compliance and risk management professional. If selected for this highly visible role, you'll be responsible for development, implementation and oversight of Overlake's Compliance & Risk Management Program. You'll report directly to our General Counsel/Chief of Staff. He will be the only layer between you and the CEO. Working with the General Counsel, you'll advise our Board of Trustees and senior leaders on matters related to compliance, privacy and risk management.

Qualifications. Senior-level healthcare compliance experience is essential for this role. Qualifications include:

  • At least 5 years in healthcare compliance that includes medical, legal, ethical and privacy issues.
  • Bachelor's degree required. (Master's or JD preferred)
  • Experience with risk management preferred
  • Industry certification in both risk management and compliance preferred (ASHRM, CPHRM, HCCA, CHC, etc.).
