Breakfast/Prep Cook - full time - Hilton Bellevue

Duties Include:

• Prepare made-to order omelets, as specified by guests
• Communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Wash, cut and prepare items to be used in the preparation of a variety of food items
• Effectively communicate with Kitchen and restaurant teams, to ensure a seamless guest experience and high guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Prepare ingredients as instructed, and in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist dishwashing team with washing and sorting dishes, general cleaning of the kitchen, and trash removal, as needed

Qualifications Include:

• 1 year food prep experience
• Current and valid Food Handler's permit, along with a good understanding of food safety and health code rules
• The ability to communicate and respond with members at all levels of the organization
• The ability to work a flexible schedule including morning and mid shifts, weekends, and holidays, as needed. 2 Breakfast shifts (4am - 12pm) per week.
