Deliver goods and materials to designated locations (local routes) Load, unload and secure materials safely Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Communicate effectively with customers and team members Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed Assist with yard organization and inventory Lift and carry materials weighing 25–50 lbs consistently (heavier items with assistance) Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Be flexible with overtime when business needs require it Perform additional duties as assigned   What Does It Take to Be Successful as a Driver? High school diploma or equivalent Construction or building material experience preferred, but not required 1+ year of forklift experience preferred Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to climb ladders, reach, bend, twist, kneel and lift up to 100 lbs with assistance Comfortable handling large or odd-shaped materials and stocking overhead areas Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable A team-first mindset with a commitment to Nation’s Best’s core values   What’s It Like To Work for Nation’s Best?
