Amazon Customs and Trade (ACT) is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with strong communication skills to support its Director of Operations and Director of Program Management. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, proactive communication, superior organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple critical requests across internal and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant must exercise discretion in handling confidential information, collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization, and serve as backup support to the VP when needed. Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Preferred Qualifications: - Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
