About Blue Moon Fitness

At Blue Moon Fitness, we strive to create a welcoming environment for first-time exercisers, women, GLP-1 patients, people returning to exercise, people serious about using exercise to maintain their health and anyone who wants to come along. We’ve proudly served Omaha for over 35 years and operate on the principle of treating every member as we’d want our own mother treated if she was in a gym 500 miles away dealing with strangers —with love, respect, and kindness. But we also expect mom to act respectfully towards others. 

Blue Moon Fitness—Leadership That Builds People

Blue Moon Fitness is intentionally rebuilding how teams work—and we’re looking for leaders who want to be part of that. This is going to involve AI. We will teach you how to use it in your role, and together we will make it better. 

We’re seeking people with integrity, intelligence, and energy who believe leadership is about serving others, seeking perspective, and building strong teams.

This isn’t a role for lone wolves or ego-driven decision-makers.

Roles We’re Hiring For:

✅ Member Experience Specialists & Floor Attendants
✅ Personal Trainers & Group Coaches
✅ Assistant Team Leaders
✅ Team Leaders (Club Managers)
✅ Personal Training Directors 

Staffed Hours:
Monday through Friday - 6:30 AM - 9:30 PM
Saturdays and Sundays - 7:30 AM - 3;30 PM
