Salary$220,000.00 - $850,000.00Overlake Clinics is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for our Bellevue Primary Care. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position.
Overlake Clinics offers a wide range of services, including primary care clinics with same-day appointments, to specialty clinics, on Seattleās Eastside. Our integrated electronic health record allows for easy flow of critical health information that is highly coordinated across all of our locations.
Position Highlights:
- RN in-basket support for all primary care providers
- Centralized pharmacist refill support
- Provider EPIC trainer
- EPIC EMR with integrated DAX copilot (AI-automated documentation tool)
- Collaborative, supportive, and multidisciplinary care model

MD Qualifications:Ā
- Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine
- Completion of a US residency program
- Washington physician licenseĀ
- Experience with EPIC or other EMR highly preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Generous Value-Based Compensation Model: $272k - $437k
- Up to 6.5 weeks of PTO
- 1 week of CME plus $5,000 in CME funds
