The Lead Patient Care Coordinator for Primary Care Enhanced Onboarding plays a pivotal role in shaping the first impression and long‑term success of our new caregivers. This role blends coaching and operational leadership to deliver a consistent, high‑quality onboarding experience that accelerates confidence, competence, and connection to our culture. Serving as a subject‑matter expert and frontline mentor, the Lead PCC partners closely with clinic leaders and educators to reinforce best practices and bridge training from the classroom to real‑world clinic operations. If you’re passionate about developing people, elevating practice standards, and influencing care delivery at scale, this role puts you at the center of meaningful change.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of Directly related experience in a medical office OR 3 years' experience as a Providence employee in a PCC position, preferably at the senior-level. Participate in 2 champion roles or 1 champion role, and a committee or council.Â
