We are seeking a Program Manager I to join the Global Logistics (GL) Exports Supply Chain Design team. In this role, you will help create a best-in-class transportation network for Amazon's cross-border B2C shipments from North America. You will lead initiatives to ensure short and long-term capacity throughout the supply chain can meet projected demand, supporting our fast-growing Exports business. You will own building dashboards to provide visibility to the launch team and provide insights to leadership team.



Key job responsibilities
- Develop data visualizations and analytical models to facilitate cross-functional decision-making
- Lead design and execution of business analytics for forecasting
- Analyze large datasets to optimize key processes and drive improvements in cost, speed and capacity
- Partner with data engineering teams to improve data assets, quality, metrics and insights
- Identify opportunities for deep dive investigations and future program development
- Prioritize multiple high-level projects to improve network capacity and forecast accuracy
- Derive actionable recommendations from complex analyses
- Communicate analytical insights and business implications to senior leadership
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, focusing on team interactions

A day in the life
As a Program Manager on our team, you'll typically begin your day by reviewing key performance metrics across our logistics network, identifying any anomalies that require immediate attention. Your morning might include collaborating with cross-functional partners in meetings to discuss forecasting needs and present your recent analyses. Throughout the day, you'll toggle between building new data visualization dashboards in quicksight and conducting deep-dive analyses on large datasets to identify opportunities for optimizing shipping routes. In the afternoon, you might find yourself preparing and delivering presentations to senior leadership, sharing your insights and recommendations. You'll work closely with our data engineering team to improve data quality for critical metrics, ensuring our decisions are based on accurate information. Your day wraps up by prioritizing upcoming projects and planning the next day's activities, ensuring we stay on track with our team's objectives.

- 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience
- 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience
- 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience using Microsoft Projects software
- Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation and maintenance
- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
