Quantitative Researcher

Overview 

Evergreen is a proprietary trading firm based in Bellevue, Washington. We combine statistical research and technological excellence to trade in global financial markets.  

As a Quantitative Researcher at Evergreen, you will have the opportunity to discover novel statistical methods and execute rigorous quantitative analysis to improve our trading models. This includes analyzing vast quantities of financial data and working with our high-performance research and trading infrastructure.  

Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or another related, highly quantitative field, with advanced coursework in algorithms, statistics and machine learning, network programming or compilers 

• Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in C++  

• Strong understanding of data structures, probability, and statistics 

• Intellectual aptitude and ability for tackling complex problems with rigorous analytics and mathematical models through code 

• Growth-oriented and collaborative mindset; enjoys working within a team 

• Passion for research and discovery 

Annual base salary of $200,000. Additional signing and performance bonuses will be provided along with company-paid medical and/or other benefits.
