Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a friendly and dependable Server to join our dining services team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE.

Hillcrest Health & Rehab is Bellevue’s only skilled nursing facility, providing short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and post-acute services in a supportive, resident-centered environment. Our dining team plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for residents and patients while supporting comfort, connection, and quality of life each day.

What You’ll Do

As a Server, you will help create a positive and welcoming dining experience for residents, patients, and guests. You will provide friendly meal service while supporting a clean, organized, and safe dining environment.

You will:

• Serve meals to residents and patients in a friendly, timely, and respectful manner.

• Assist with dining room setup, meal service, and cleanup.

• Help create a positive, welcoming, and comfortable dining experience.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards.

• Support residents, patients, guests, and team members with kindness and professionalism.

• Work closely with the dining services team to ensure quality service.

• Maintain clean and organized dining areas, service stations, and workspaces.

• Assist with other dining services duties as assigned.

• Previous serving, food service, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety.

• A dependable, respectful, and team-oriented approach.

Physical & Other Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

• Must be able to independently lift up to 35 pounds.

• Must be able to perform repetitive sitting, bending, standing, and movement as needed.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

• Must be able to follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control practices.

• Possible exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids.

• Other duties as assigned.
