Technical Product Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of next-generation business products and platforms. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of customer needs, business strategy, and technical execution—owning products end-to-end and partnering across engineering, architecture, operations, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions for enterprise clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a product leader who brings strong technical depth, strategic thinking, customer obsession, and a data-driven approach to innovation and execution.
Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management for assigned products and platforms.
  • Define product strategies aligned to client growth goals, market demand, and business priorities.
  • Identify customer pain points, market opportunities, and emerging trends to shape product investments.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support roadmap planning and innovation initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop long-term product strategies and business cases.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate directly with enterprise customers, sales teams, marketing, and solution architects to uncover opportunities and refine needs.
  • Translate business requirements into prioritized capabilities, features, and technical product plans.
  • Develop ROI models, investment recommendations, and executive-ready presentations on roadmap direction and product performance.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to define technical requirements and solution approaches.
  • Convert strategic objectives into epics, features, user stories, and detailed product specifications.
  • Lead backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and tradeoff decisions that balance customer value, scalability, risk, and speed to market.
  • Ensure product solutions align with enterprise architecture, platform standards, and security requirements.
  • Lead Agile product delivery activities, including planning sessions, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and release readiness.
  • Manage product releases and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
  • Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and operational readiness across the product lifecycle.
  • Use customer feedback, analytics, and performance insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, utilization, business impact, scalability, and customer retention.
  • Build trusted partnerships across Sales, Product Engineering, Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.
  • Communicate roadmap priorities, delivery timelines, and product updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support executive decision-making through strong analysis, recommendations, and influence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in technology-driven organizations.
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical products, enterprise platforms, APIs, cloud solutions, or enterprise software.
  • Strong experience working in Agile and/or Scrum environments.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience building product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and writing user stories and requirements.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional technical initiatives.
  • Proven ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience in telecommunications, wireless, networking, IoT, cloud, or enterprise technology environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of 5G, Edge Computing, IoT, AI/ML, SaaS, and cloud-native architectures is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, GCP, APIs, integrations, and digital platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools is an advantage.
  • SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner certification is a plus.
  • MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $145,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
