The Hilton Bellevue is seeking an experienced Banquet Captain to join our busy team! Â As the Banquet captain, you would be responsible for supervising food and beverage service, assisting with the planning, organizing and execution of banquet functions, while ensuring an excellent guest experience. Â Earn upwards of $35 - $45 per hour!
Duties Include:
- Supervising F&B service to ensure consistency
- Greet clients and respond to requests with a sense of urgency
- Supervise the set up and break down of banquet rooms
- Prepare banquet checks for client signature
- Communicate with relevant Hotel departments to meet client needs
Qualifications Include:
Qualified candidates will also have the availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and will possess at least 3 years previous hotel banquet service experience, along with 1+ year of supervisory experience.
