SUMMARYĀ
Sono Bello is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our IT departmentās project delivery efforts. This roleĀ is responsible forĀ coordinating the full lifecycle of IT initiatives across a multi-site healthcare environmentāfrom clinic openings, relocations, and closures to infrastructure rollouts, ISP circuit management, and computer hardware refresh programs. The IT Project Coordinator ensures that multiple concurrent workstreams are tracked, communicated, and delivered on time by aligning internal IT teams, field operations, and external vendors around shared timelines and accountabilities.Ā
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESĀ
- Coordinates end-to-end planning and execution of IT projects including clinic openings, moves, and closures, ensuring all technology dependencies are met on scheduleĀ
- Manages infrastructure and network rollout projects including Meraki deployments, ISP circuit provisioning and management, and Azure-related initiatives in partnership with IT engineering staffĀ
- OverseesĀ computer hardware refresh programs for clinic locations,Ā including ordering equipment, managing inventory counts, coordinating staging and deployment scheduling, andĀ maintainingĀ accurateĀ asset recordsĀ
- Maintains aĀ consolidatedĀ view of all in-flight IT projects using Smartsheet,Ā Excel,Ā andĀ FreshService, ensuring task owners, timelines, and dependencies are clearly documented and up to dateĀ
- Drives cross-functional coordination between IT, clinic operations, and field teams, serving as theĀ central pointĀ of contact for project status and escalationĀ
- Manages external vendor and ISP relationships, holding partners accountable to delivery commitments and escalating issues as needed to ensure timelines are metĀ
- Produces clear, consistent project status updates and reports for the IT Manager and relevant stakeholdersĀ
- IdentifiesĀ scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, or delivery risks early and communicates proactively to minimize impactĀ
- Documents project processes, workflows, and outcomes to supportĀ audit readinessĀ andĀ repeatability across similar future projectsĀ
- Supports IT operational planning activities and contributes to the development of project intake and prioritization processesĀ
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLSĀ
- 2ā3 years of experience in IT project coordination, IT operations support, or a related roleĀ
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams in a fast-paced, multi-site environmentĀ
- ProficiencyĀ with project tracking and collaboration tools including Smartsheet, MicrosoftĀ Excel, Microsoft Teams, andĀ FreshServiceĀ or similar ticketing platformsĀ
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teamsĀ
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across IT staff, vendors, field operations, and clinic leadershipĀ
- Experience coordinating with ISPs or telecom vendors preferred; familiarity with circuit provisioning processes is a plusĀ
- Working knowledge of networking concepts and computer hardware is a plusĀ
- Experience in healthcare, retail, or other regulated multi-site environments preferredĀ
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is a plusĀ
COMPENSATION:
This is a non-exempt position with an hourly range of $33.00 - $42.00 hour, depending on experience.
