Warehouse Supervisor – 1st Shift

Job Summary- FIRST SHIFT!

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for leading warehouse staff, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, managing inventory, and supporting production operations while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse team members during daily operations
• Oversee shipping and receiving processes
• Coordinate material handling activities and product movement
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Operate forklifts and support warehouse operations as needed
• Monitor workflow efficiency and productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
• Support production schedules and customer requirements
• Maintain organized warehouse and inventory areas
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience required
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling
• Forklift experience required; certification preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Manufacturing, recycling, or industrial experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment
